Legal Advisory Services
Structure of the Pricing in TRW law firm
The term “consultancy” refers to advisory services that are in the nature of offering guidance. These services include legal factual clarification and analysis, progress report, perusing of documents, and other similar services. All of these services can be delivered by any member of the RC whether it be through email, telephone call, face to face meeting (if necessary), or teleconference. The primary purpose of consulting is to assist clients in identifying the next steps to take and in narrowing down the complexity of the legal problems that are at play.
The provision of legal opinion, which offers a grasp of the law as it is applied to assumed facts, and other related legal services, such as the preparation and vetting of agreements, the drafting of legal notices or pleadings, etc., are not included in the consultation service.
The charge for consulting is determined by the number of units involved. Twenty minutes is the duration of one unit. It is possible for this total consultancy to continue for more than one unit. The following is a list of face-to-face and teleconference consulting fees, which are determined by seniority:
- The Head of Chambers service costs Tk. 3500/USD$40 (for a maximum of twenty minutes).
- For a maximum of twenty minutes, divisional heads will be charged Tk. 3000/USD$35.
- For a maximum of twenty minutes, the Department Head or Deputy
- Head of Department will be charged Tk 2500 or USD $30.
- A Senior Associate will charge you Tk. 2000/USD$25 (for a maximum of twenty minutes).
- Associate: Tk. 1500/USD$20 (for a maximum of twenty minutes)
- The total cost is Tk. 2250/USD$28 (for a maximum of twenty minutes). [Before and only for email consulting]
Clicking the “Pay Now” button will allow you to make your payments right now. - A single initial consultation is provided at no cost to reputable corporate and multinational corporation clients.
Typically, customer requests that we submit a price quotation in accordance with the pricing choices that are shown below at the conclusion of the consultancy.
Although the client may have chosen to instruct us to deliver services under one or more of the pricing options listed below, it is possible that legal consultancy will still be necessary. We only include the legal consultancy charge in our packaged offer in the event that the fee is a flat fee, fixed fee, or package fee, as described below.
The information that was discussed during the consultancy meeting should not be interpreted as legal advice on any subject, and Rahman’s Chambers and/or its lawyers shall not be held liable in any way for any choice that is made based on such a discussion that is definitive in nature, other than a navigational one.
How else can you hire our lawyers?
Pricing Alternatives
If clients are certain about the services they require, it is possible that they will not require any consultation during the initial stages. If this is the case, clients are strongly encouraged to directly fill out a “request a quote” form, which can be found in the practice area that is relevant to their needs, or to get in touch with us via email or phone.
The term “hourly fee” (also known as “team hourly fee”) refers to the hourly rate that is fixed for a group of lawyers that includes senior, mid-level, and junior attorneys. We make certain that they put in their best effort and continue to maintain the same level of quality and standard of work while they are working together as a team.
The phrase “hourly fee” (sometimes known as “individual hourly fee”) refers to the hourly fees that individual attorneys with varying levels of experience and expertise charge for their services. When faced with a particularly difficult assignment or project, the client may opt to collaborate with a single attorney rather than join forces with a group of attorneys. In most cases, this is feasible for a single task that is of a relatively short length. In situations where there are several transactions or complex instances that require the labor of a team, this option cannot be provided.
At any one time, the professional fees, in an aggregate sum that does not exceed a set stated amount for a particular transaction or case, are examples of what is meant by the term “capped fee on hourly rates.” despite the fact that the client will be charged on an hourly basis until the level reaches the maximum. The clients are only responsible for paying the agreed-upon capped charge in the event that the hourly engagement exceeds the ceiling that was forecasted in the capped fee.
A fee that is Flat, Fixed, Bundled, or Packaged denotes that the amount that is charged does not change based on the quantity of work that is done or the number of hours that are involved. In situations that are foreseeable, it is possible that the whole aggregate amount will pay all of the fees, charges, and taxes that are related with the situation. Due to the fact that it is not possible to offer this pricing structure in situations that are both complex and unclear, this option is never available.
As you travel, you pay: You only pay for the individual tasks that need to be completed. The term for this type of service is “unbundled.” Just the things that you are unable to do on your own or the areas in which you require our assistance are the things that we take care of for you. Our pricing schedule is based on a flat fee basis, and it covers a wide range of serviceable things, such as the drafting of a straightforward agreement, the appearance of a senior counsel in court for each hearing, and everything else. This arrangement is not appropriate for projects or situations that involve complex transactions.
A Scale of Prices
The Chambers of Commerce advocates for the economics of scales. There are multiple tiers of costs that are maintained, which are tailored to meet the needs of our customers. The following is a breakdown of our price structure, which is based on successive tiers:
PRIORITY in the first tier
This particular cost plan is accessible for legal works that include a great deal of complexity, delicacy, and other such factors. The term “priority” is frequently used to refer to disagreements or problems that involve extremely high value, call for increased attention, and require prompt resolution. The prices are significantly higher than average.
IN THE TIER TWO (STANDARD)
Within the majority of legal works, the standard tier is offered. Generally speaking, claims or problems that need a reasonable amount of attention, money, skill, and time are considered to be typical.
Third tier (economic system)
We take a limited amount of works at a discounted charge, taking into consideration a variety of elements that are pertinent to the situation.
While we are establishing the various pricing alternatives that were described earlier, we also decide the corresponding tier of costs. These rates are determined based on the type of the work, the urgency of the situation, the complexity of the situation, and other factors.
In the course of the initial consultancy term, we have conversations with clients who have chosen to take advantage of our initial consulting services.
